In the week of March 30, we will go door to door to sell lottery tickets, but if you already know that you want to buy them, it helps enormously if you send your send in you order:

The price per ticket is € 2.50. Want a better chance? Then buy 5 tickets for € 10 or 12 tickets for € 20.

You don’t want to miss this anniversary party!

Over the past year, the party committee has been busy putting together a fantastic program.

There is something for everyone, young and old, to make it a wonderful celebration together as neighbours! What are we going to do?

In the evening: The big Anniversary Party!! from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Before that, in the afternoon: Children’s party – with the usual games, bouncy castle, and much more from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM

And also in the afternoon: coffee and cake for the (former) residents from the very beginning from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Practical Arrangement

First Aid Service

During all the festivities, from 1.30 PM till 10.00 PM, there will be a first aid service present at the Party Location!

Security Service

During the party night, from 4.30 PM till 10.00 PM, a security company will patrol the neighbourhood. They’ll keep an eye on our houses and belongings. In that way we can party all night long!

Tickets

The party is a private event and only accessible to members and former residents. A ticket costs €10 (for members from 12 years old). Children from 6 to 12 years pay €5 and children up to 6 years are free. Former residents (by invitation of members) pay €25.

In the week of April 20, we will go door to door to sell tickets, but you can also already (and we would even like that!) buy your ticket(s) via this site. Tickets need to be ordered via this site by current residents. This also applies to former residents. Tickets sale starts at April 16th 8 AM and will end at May 15th 11.59 PM! After that we cannot guarantee we tickets will be availlable!

Parents

The children’s party takes place at our central party location – the courtyard of ATC South (van Ghentlaan 51).

The courtyard of ATC South offers many facilities and in case of bad weather we are allowed to go inside.

There will be a volunteer present from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM to supervise.

Please note: this part of the program is not completely fixed yet. It may be that not all components are available on June 13. This is even more the case if there is bad weather.

Souvenir

Are you a member of the neighborhood association and have you completed the entire treasure hunt before the festivities? Then you can come and register for a souvenir during the children’s party on June 13, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Just make sure to show your completed diary in the app.
The souvenir will be delivered later at your home address.

Flag now available

The neighborhood flag at the top

You may have already seen it hanging in a few places, the neighborhood flag. At the end of April, we handed the first example to designer Mark on Van der Zaenlaan. Of course, he immediately proudly hoisted it at the top.

Now that King’s Day and May 4/5 are over, the Dutch flag can be replaced by the beautiful neighborhood flag, which symbolizes our 50th anniversary.
The flag is therefore now available for everyone in the neighborhood to order, so that the whole neighborhood will soon look festive and cheerful. The flag costs only €12.50 and can be ordered via the button below. Order it before May 25, and we will make sure it reaches you by June 13 at the latest, so it can be displayed everywhere for the anniversary!
